This is a minimal contact sport for over 50s for those unable to play running football due to fitness levels. If you're still fit enough for normal soccer then, well done but, this probably isnt for you. Please arrive 20 mins earlier than KO for: Rules & regs, pay subs, allocate teams, WARM-UP to reduce injuries! and ensure we have a full hour. TESTIMONIAL: I'm 64 and was quite fit until I shatter
