I posted earlier in the week about my 108 sun salutation challenge. I have signed up to do 108 sun salutations to raise money for Edinburgh Community Yoga who do amazing things in the city ~ working with veterans, victims of violence and those recovering from substance abuse, as well as refugees and prisoners.

Rise Against Hunger is an international hunger relief non-profit organization that coordinates the packaging and distribution of food and other life-changing aid to people in developing nations. This year the Forever team packed 400,032 meals!
