One of the most common questions we get at KinWell, and it's a good one. 💊
Can you take paracetamol and ibuprofen together?
Short answer: Yes, and when used correctly, it can actually work better than either one alone.
They work differently in the body, so taking them together (at the right doses and timings) can give stronger pain relief without doubling up on risk. But there are things you need to know — who shouldn't combine them, when to space them, and when to come and speak to us instead.
