☀️ Summer Sauna Updates ☀️

We've got a few changes and extras on offer starting THIS WEEK so here is a wee run down of it all:

• First off we'll be having the sauna lit and hot on THURSDAYS and LATE NIGHT SATURDAYS from this week onwards (check out availability by following the booking link in the bio).

• SUMMER SOLSTICE: sauna, yoga and flower workshop event is happening this Thursday 18th of June, 1700 - late. Yoga bookable via Highland Yoga Collective and FREE sauna sessions slots go live tomorrow on our bookings page (see link in bio).

• MONDAY 22nd JUNE solstice celebration special. We've decided to make a long weekend of it and offer some sauna sessions between 9am - 3pm on Monday.

June is upon us folks and we have some exciting events coming up to keep in mind 📅

☀️ Summer Solstice Beach Gathering ☀️
18th June 17.00 - late

We've teamed up with Highland Yoga Collective again for another amazing evening of Sauna, Yoga, Floral Workshops and much more. Sauna slots will be free of charge (released on our website Tuesday 16th) with the Yoga bookable via the Highland Yoga Collective.

✨️ Thursday's + Late evening sessions ✨️

From the 25th of June until the end of July we will be adding an extra day of Sauna's for you all. Sessions will start from 16.00 each Thursday and run until 21.00. We will also be keeping the sauna open later on Saturday's to make the most of the long summer evenings! ☀️🔥

🧘‍♂️ Yoga | Swim | Sauna 🏊‍♀️
12th July 07.00 - 09.00

We are back with another beautiful Yoga Swim Sauna experience. Personal Best will start the morning with a relaxing 45min yoga session, followed by alternating between KG Scotland guided sea dipping and enjoying the deep heat of the sauna.

All sessions are now up on our website.

A couple of new faces to introduce to you all 🔥

Welcome to the Sauna Ostara team Abi and Archie 🥰

If you're a keen cyclist, make sure to ask Abi about her epic cycling adventures, most recently through Kyrgyzstan, China and Mongolia 🚵‍♀️

Archie has just finished his final year at Nairn Academy and will be heading to Napier University later this year to study Biological Sciences.

Great to have you both onboard, I know our wee Sauna Community will make you feel right at home ❤️🔥

👋 Hello everyone, Happy Wednesday! 😊

We've had a few enquiries about this weekend and wanted to let you know we're giving our staff a well-deserved break for some R&R ( Skye Live Festival anyone? 💃🕺).

We've also taken the opportunity for a routine clean and re-oil to keep Sauna Ostara looking her best. We will be back open as normal from the 15th, so hang in there!

Fear not though! There is always plenty to do in Nairn and this weekend is no different, with the Taste of Nairn festival running the whole weekend 😋 (8th-10th). There's also some exciting developments happening next to Sauna Ostara which we're looking forward to seeing... 🤔 👀

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us on the beach this week for our two Yoga, Sauna & Swim sessions and our beautiful Full Moon Yoga & Dip. What a special few gatherings—moving, breathing, dipping and connecting in nature together.
Big thanks to KG Scotland for her wonderful support, Sauna Ostara for providing such a warming, relaxing space, and John Robinson for capturing it all with his amazing drone footage.

One of the main reasons for starting Sauna Ostara was to remind people of the power of nature.

Every week, we see folk slow down, experience the elements, and rediscover an appreciation for the world around them. In a time that often feels full of noise, anxiety, and uncertainty, it’s easy for something as urgent as the climate crisis to fade into the background. We want to help keep it front of mind - not just once a year, but as part of how we live as individuals and what we stand for as a small business.

One of the most effective and meaningful ways we can do this is by supporting the incredible local people and organisations already doing the work. We’re proud to sponsor Nairn Climate Café at the (next one: Thursday 30th April!) but we’re always looking for ways to do more.
