Lesley Lloyd

I’m sorry I made you cry… 💚

Not because I was mean.
Not because I hurt you.

But because you trusted me enough to let go.

You trusted me with the grief, the pain, the trauma and the emotions you had been carrying for years.

And maybe, finally, you were ready to put some of that weight down.

So you cried.

You cried with relief.
You cried with sadness.
You cried because something inside you was finally being released.

And then you told me that something had changed.

That you felt lighter.
That you felt different.
That something had shifted for the better in the time you spent with me.

And that is why…

I feel so grateful that I make people cry. 🥹💚✨

Because sometimes those tears aren’t a sign that something is wrong.

Sometimes they’re the beginning of letting go. 💜

Thank you to all the brave people who came to me today 💜

TAKING TIME FOR YOU… 🌿

Sometimes we get so caught up in everything and everyone else
that we forget to simply stop.

To breathe.
To laugh.
To wander.
To just be.

Taking time for yourself isn’t selfish.
You matter too. 💚

✨ And this healer is taking a little time out too!
Sea • Sunshine • Rest • Reconnecting

I’ll be back out sharing Bio Energy Healing:

📍 Swansea Stadium — tomorrow
📍 Brynteg Farm — next week

What would you do if you gave yourself permission
to take some time just for YOU? 💚💛💜

Letting go is not always gently breathing with a sigh sometimes it’s messy and snotty and full of exhausted tears, but the relief on the other side is so worth it ✨💜
