Due to the new Electronic Prescription Service (EPS), we kindly ask all patients to allow 48 to 72 hours for prescriptions to be processed by the pharmacy after receiving a text message from your GP surgery confirming your prescription has been sent to us.

Please note:
• A message from the surgery does not mean your prescription is ready to collect.
• Allowing enough processing time helps us safely prepare your medication and avoid wasted journeys.

At Davies Chemist, we offer a text message service to notify you once your prescription has been fully dispensed and ready for collection. Please ask a member of staff if you would like to sign up for this service.
