Another fantastic win for the 2nd team today as they beat Barnoldswick Cricket Club in the 1st round of the Ramsbottom Cup by 124 runs

A great all round performance from Lucas Lockley (sponsored by Gargrave Joinery and FatLads) who scored 34 and then took 7/28 with the ball and a first half century in Earby colours for Alex White (sponsored by SW sports massage) who scored 60 👏👏

Sports massage is not only great for injury rehabilitation, it also helps prevent injuries by keeping your muscles, tendons and tissues in peak condition. Regular massage should be a part of everyone’s lives, especially if you are an active individual. My appointment book is now open until the end of march 📖 🏃‍♀️ 🏏 ⚽️

I just wanted to come on and introduce myself properly as I don’t think I’ve ever showed my face on socials 😬

My name is Stef and I have over 12 years massage experience. I first started in spas, then went on to salons, completing different training courses for massage and holistic therapies over the years but it wasn’t until lockdown that I studied sports massage.

Since then I have met many of you for treatments for aches and pains, sleeping/ anxiety issues, sporting niggles/ injuries and general wellness when training for a sporting event 🏏 ⚽️ 🏃‍♀️

I will be posting on here more regularly with available appointments and useful information so keep your eyes peeled 👀
