It takes massive courage to walk into a weight loss group for the first time. Will people stare? Will I be the biggest there? Will I get judged?
I promise you, the moment you walk through the doors at St. John's Church, those fears will disappear. We are a room full of normal, lovely local people who all started exactly where you are standing right now. No humiliation, no judgment-just a warm brew and loads of support.
