Hello Venus Nails Customers. Due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, Kelly, Tien and family are currently still stuck in transit with no firm news as to a return.
We ask you to bear with us during this period of uncertainty as our Lead Nail Technician Kae is currently on her own.
We would also ask our customers to ensure that they arrive promptly for their appointments as this can have an adverse effect on scheduling throughout the day. Also we have a backlog and waiting list for appointments so please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel to enable us to fill any vacancies.

Dear customers, Kelly and Tien is currently stuck in the Middle East after their holiday unable to fly home in time because of the war that is going on. Clients who are booked on Tuesday 3rd March, Wednesday 4th and Thursday 5th please kindly get in touch with Kae to move their appointments to later this week or earlier next week. We will be open next Sunday 8th to Wednesday 11th March because of this event. We are very sorry for the inconvinience and really appreciate your understanding and continuous suppport xx

From 15th April 2025, there will be a small increase in our prices. This decision hasn’t been made lightly, but with the rising costs of products and overheads, it’s necessary to help us maintain the quality, care, and attention you’ve come to expect at every appointment.

Hi lovelies, please note that Kelly and Tien will be away from 2nd April to 22nd April, our salon is still be opened and runned by our lovely Kae, she’ll look after you guys and can do most things now but if you do need to have them done just before they go we open Good Friday as usual and Monday the 1st April if you need to see Kelly or Tien, thank you ❤️❤️🌷
