We really are.

Life.

The smiles, chats, hugs, outdoors, homes, love, friends, animals, books, food, water, thoughts, nature, our bodies, kindness, breathe, heal...

The list could go on for a very long time.

A practice that I love is before I go to sleep to list the things I'm grateful for that day.

So many things to be thankful for.

As Li posted "Progress is taken one step at a time. When I started doing yoga I couldn't touch my toes! Now not only can I touch them but I can put them above my head!"
