❓Have you felt it?

A quiet shift away from spiritual consumerism.
Away from the constant search for the next retreat, course, book, guru or healing modality.

And a return to something much older.

✨Stillness.
🌳Nature.
✌️Solitude.
🙏Intuition.

It's definitely something that's been unfolding over the past year. I've been aware of it myself, the little changes in what's pulling me.

My latest blog post explores this subtle shift that many people seem to be experiencing right now - a movement away from endlessly seeking answers outside ourselves and towards trusting our own inner wisdom.

Perhaps the deepest truths were never something we needed to buy?

Perhaps they were waiting beneath the noise all along.

Hello lovely Facebook friends! How are you all doing?

It’s been nice to see so many of you in person over the past few months.

I know it’s been a challenging few months for so many people, and cosmically we are now shifting past those things that were creating barriers. Thank goodness!

I’m still (kind of) here on socials, intermittently, begrudgingly playing the algorithm game lol. As you know I’d rather be working with clients, or nurturing my own physical & spiritual fitness by walking sacred paths , rather than being glued to a chair & being a slave to socials.

But, as a micro business, in a digital society, needs must and yes it’s all about balance.

So here I am on this wet Monday morning! Popping in to wish you a great week.

A little bit of rain and everything looks luscious and green here

The best day yesterday enjoying some local sacred sites! Uffington Horse & castle, Wayland’s Smithy, The Ridgeway, West Kennet Long Barrow. The sun shone, the birds sang.. so peaceful 🙏

💚 Feeling so honoured and grateful to have been invited as a guest speaker at the Basingstoke Lung Cancer Support Group.

What a truly warm and welcoming group, it was such a pleasure to spend time with all who attended.

We explored breathwork for emotional regulation, practiced some simple yet powerful techniques together, and talked about how Reiki can gently support those living with cancer, as well as their families.

We then rounded everything off with a calming healing meditation… such a beautiful way to close.

Thank you so much for having me - I really enjoyed every moment ✨
