Something is coming that I’m so excited about. This is for the therapists and coaches out there. …

You know that your work is deep. But sometimes that brilliance gets lost in the messiness of trying to handle the whole journey: the bookings, the reminders, the payments..let alone how you capture and extend the magic that happens in the room with you.

That’s going to change.

Nothing like this exists: trust me, I’ve searched and searched. So that’s why we created it. Everything you need in one place, one journey.
journey.app is almost here. We’re launching to our first round of beta testers on 1 July. This is your chance to have two months to try it and fall in love (I hope!). If you DO love it, you’ll have the chance to keep it!

Check us out at www.bejourney.app and get your name on the list.

This will change everything about how you manage your work and give you back your freedom to be the genius that you are, which for most of us is NOT in the admin.

DM me any questions!

When you shake up a snow globe, it’s a beautiful thing when you look at it from the outside. There’s a kind of beauty and order in the shaken up snow as it moves and lands somewhere new.

But inside the snow globe it doesn’t feel that way. It just feels like a flurry of snow is stopping you from seeing clearly.

Today I’m feeling like I’m a little bit lost in the flurry. I’m tired and a little snow blind. I’m also so so tired.

The last week has been a lot with my IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy training, client work, running a Kundalini yoga session, a retreat day, Andy having a fall and dislocating his shoulder…life has felt like a lot and there hasn’t been much space to integrate anything.

So today I’m allowing it all to be imperfect and taking time to try and establish my awareness of the snow globe rather than the snow. Noticing what’s happening for me without being lost in it.

How’s your week? Are you inside the snow globe or holding it in your hand?

Sending you love for wherever you are
(Shout out to .winchester and for always offering such a welcoming space to find that peace)

P.s - it does feel funny to talk about snow when the sun is back to blazing!

Have you heard of IFS (Internal Family Systems) therapy? I’ve just completed my level 1 training and wow, my mind is blown.
But the biggest thing that I love is that it’s a different route to the same place: releasing and healing the blocks to being who you already are.

I’ve learnt so much about my own system and it’s probably one of the most powerful and impactful trainings I’ve ever done.

And yet it’s also so familiar: when I reach my ‘Self’, it turns out I’ve been waiting here all along! Nothing broken. Nothing to fix. Just wholeness.

Have you experienced IFS?
And more importantly, do you have a dog that tries to pretend they haven’t eaten even though you literally fed them yourself 10 minutes earlier??

A tiny moment happened yesterday, but it was actually a big moment. A friend took the p*ss out of a video I posted of me playing my singing bowl in meditation. It was super good natured and light hearted but there’s still a time it would have stopped me in my tracks.

BUT I didn’t get that little trickle of panic inside, or the rush of prickling embarrassment. I didn’t even get the after burn pain of shame from realising I had been seen and called out as doing something “weird”.

Turns out that I’m now ok with people thinking the things I like to do are a bit weird. And that feels so good! I spent so long shrinking to fit snd trying to do things “right” that I love that I can be more authentic now.

Thing is, it doesn’t serve anyone (least of all me!) if I hide the things I love that light me up. The world needs more lit up people, whatever it takes.

So I’m happily going to be doing me over here and I’d love you to go ahead and do you over there. If we happen to like the same things? Awesome! We can be weird together 🤭

I don’t talk about this much. But I realised today that if I do then maybe it gives an opening for someone else to believe something different about themselves too.

I have ADHD and it’s been both a blessing and a curse. It’s so nuanced how it shows up in my life. As I understand my brain and body more, I see my past differently.

Most importantly, it’s given me permission to find my own way of doing things. One of the biggest revelations of my life (yes, it was that dramatic!) was that I didn’t have to be at the mercy of my thoughts.

It’s not always easy (hello hyperactive overthink over here!) but it IS possible to have the space to choose: how do I want to respond? How do I want to show up?

Does this resonate for you? How does your brain work?

I spent so many years cultivating the identity of “non runner” that it felt really natural. I mean what’s to love: feeling like your lungs want to escape your body, red faced sweatiness, the embarrassment of being slow..

On the flip side, I claimed the identity of meditator a long time ago. I could allow it to be hard and it felt like part of the point. I could filter to look for the good in how it made me feel afterwards.

In truth, I can experience the exact same things when I do both meditation and running: boredom, discomfort, irritation, doubt...so it was never about whether I was “good” at them or if they felt good. It was just whether it felt worth pushing through that discomfort.

It’s been powerful for me to change what I tell myself about running because it’s opened the door to other things too. (Still don’t fancy a marathon though, but kudos if you do!)

Is there anything you want to claim as an identity? What stops you?

"I'm becoming really aware of my very loud inner critic, and seeing it for what it is." 💭

Rather than confusing its narrative with who she actually is.

She's realising (to her surprise) that often the negative way she views things is just her story - not necessarily the truth of the matter.

This is the shift that changes everything.

Your inner critic isn't the truth. It's just a voice. A story. A pattern.

And when you can see it for what it is, it loses its power over you.

Be. Membership helps you build this awareness - through meditation, practices, and tools that help you separate the story from the truth.

What's included:

✨ 21-Day Calm & Clarity Reset

✨ Monthly practices tailored to real life

✨ Community support

✨ 24/7 access to practices

✨ Tools to quiet the inner critic

Your inner critic doesn't get to decide who you are.

I trust my body over wellness trends. 💛

What "healthy" rules are you following but really don’t enjoy? The ones that make you feel guilty when you skip them?

The green smoothie. The 5am wake-up. The cold plunge?

Rember… your own body knows better than any trend.

This week, we throw away the "shoulds." We declare autonomy. We keep only the habits that actually feel good.

What "healthy" rule are you ready to quit because you actually hate doing it? What do you genuinely want to do for yourself daily, simply because it brings you comfort?

Your body has been trying to tell you what it needs. It's time to listen.

Not to the influencer. Not to the wellness trend. To your body.

This week's affirmation: "I trust my body over wellness trends."

What ‘healthy' rule are you ready to quit because it doesn’t feel good for you? 👇
