A couple of curveballs at Wild Sauna last week 😅 but the engineers worked their magic and our cold plunges are fully back in action. Phew!
Huge thanks to this amazing community for rolling with us when things don’t go exactly to plan. We appreciate you more than you know.

If you’ve followed me for a while, you’ll know I’m not about striving for perfection, EXCEPT when it comes to your Wild Sauna experience! We set the bar high so when something isn’t right, we make it right.

Now, slightly nervously... 😉 if there’s anything you think we could do better, we’d genuinely love to hear it. We’re always looking for ways to improve.

Recent images of south coast beaches over the heatwave bank holiday weekend made me reflect how unique Wild Sauna is. Only maximum of x6 people per session (or just you if you private hire), not another house in sight, no road noise, easy parking, always chilled, easy and peaceful whatever the weather.

I’d love to know which is your vibe?

Oh and did I mention that we’re just 15 minutes from Basingstoke and Wi******er, in the Candover Valley, along pretty country roads so no long queues to reach us 🙌

We know a wild sauna probably isn’t what you’re feeling like right now, but it might just surprise you how good it feels to do contrast therapy in the heat. Who’s in? Tag a friend who you would jump in the plunge with ❄️ oh and don’t forget you can pop to afterwards for a .and.rose ice cream!

No two days are the same behind the scenes at Wild Sauna and we try to have lots of laughs along the way. One thing is for certain, whatever the week throws as us it’s always better when the sun is shining ☀️

Enjoy this beautiful bank holiday weekend and remember that if you’re feeling a little sticky in this heat, sauna can in-fact build up heat tolerance and help you to enjoy the sunshine without feeling uncomfortable.
