Intra oral massage. It’s a strange concept I know! Why do I love it?

Intra oral massage works intensely on the muscles of the mouth and jaw. Firstly they are super hard working muscles so deserve some attention. Secondly when we are stressed we tend to clench and grind our teeth, causing pain and tension, and can also affect the way our muscles age.

Working this way eases tension, aids in lymphatic drainage and smoothes + tones the skin. It’s such an effective massage when coming regularly for sculpting facials. Plus it feels AMAZING!

Who is intra-oral massage for?

We all carry stress in our faces - have you ever caught yourself clenching your teeth? The muscles in your jaw and mouth become tight and can cause jaw pain/stiffness & headaches. It can also lead to that heavy feeling, and a puffy lower face.

Intra-oral or buccal massage works on easing tension, allowing the muscles to relax, increasing circulation and encouraging lymphatic drainage.
