Resolving this issue is out of our hands and our staff are working under significant extra pressure, so we would ask patients to continue to treat all of our staff with courtesy – abusive behaviour will not be tolerated.
Patients can choose to use our online consultation system, Anima, which is available via the Oak Hall Website at www.oakhallsurgery.nhs.uk for medical or admin requests.
Repeat prescription requests can be made either on paper and dropped in to our letter box or the prescriptions box in our waiting room, or by completing a request via our Website via the ‘Get a repeat prescription online’ option.
If your enquiry is non-urgent, we would appreciate it, if you could wait until later in the week to contact the surgery.
