Roses bloom at sill and door.
Midsummer Day is here once more.
The beauty of the spring has fled and
Autumn’s glory lies ahead.

Hello Hengoed community! 👋✨

I’m looking to bring a new Grounding Evening Yoga Flow to our area, and I’d love to know if there is interest!🧘🏼‍♀️🌿

We all know how hectic life can get, so I’m planning a space to help us unwind, de-stress, and reconnect. I have a potential spot secured at the Hengoed Community Centre, and I’m just waiting to hear from you before I make it official. 🗓️🙌

The Details:
•When: Every Thursday, 7:00 PM – 8:30 PM ⏰
•Where: Hengoed Community Centre 📍
•Investment: £6 per person 💷

This class will be a space for all levels to find some peace in the middle of the week. 🌸😌
