Life has been pretty crazy lately 🤪 With the children back into a new routine, it turns out the adults have to adjust too! 😂

I just wanted to say a huge thank you to Helen Pilson for your suggestion and support for the Boston Flight Simulator — what an amazing experience, and such a brilliant flight school to have right on our doorstep. ✈️

Pip has had quite the day… she successfully landed in the Hudson, Sully-style 😅 and then casually flew to Cape Town! Not bad for a Sunday. 😂

Next adventure… 🚣‍♀️

Do we have any rowers on here? I’m not quite sure how the schedules or junior sessions work, but I’d love to hear from anyone who knows Boston Rowing Club We’re thinking about getting Pip involved and would love to know what it’s like.

Apparently we’re collecting hobbies at this point…

Some of you might have met Orca when he was just a puppy… 🐾

Horses are part of our story. 🐎

Hermès started with saddles. We started with laminitis. [an equine metabolic disease similar to human type 2 diabetes]

Slightly different journey… 😂

Our original technology came from the equine world. But when we moved into human health, we quickly realised something fairly obvious:

Horses and humans are not the same. 😉

So we didn't just take something made for horses and use it on people.

We started again.

We redesigned and re-engineered the technology specifically for the human body, worked with universities to understand the science, tested it in humans and developed new intellectual property.

What NEWAVX has created today is the next generation, and certainly not the technology we started with.

We’re proud of our equine roots.
They’re part of our heritage.

A little holiday snap as we head into the Bank Holiday weekend ☀️💕

Always a lovely reminder to slow down, switch off and enjoy those family moments, because they really do fly by.

As Pip gets ready to start Year 8, I honestly don’t know where the time has gone! We are so incredibly proud of the young lady she is becoming kind, funny, curious and increasingly independent. ❤️

As we approach the end of the summer holidays, I hope everyone has enjoyed them as much as Pip has. ✈️

One of her highlights was being invited into the cockpit of an easyJet aircraft and she came away completely inspired to become a pilot.

It got me thinking about just how important these moments are.

At around 12, children are at such an influential age. One experience, one conversation or one person taking the time to show them what’s possible can genuinely change the direction they dream in.

As a company, that’s something we care deeply about. Part of our wider mission is to encourage more young people into STEM, reading and critical thinking, not simply because we need the scientists, engineers and innovators of tomorrow, but because we need young people who are curious enough to ask why?, confident enough to challenge why not?,and ambitious enough to imagine something that doesn’t exist yet.

Sometimes inspiring the next generation starts with something as simple as letting a 12-year-old sit in the cockpit. ✈️

You never quite know what you might ignite. 🚀

I have a HUGE apology to make for the radio silence! ❤️

The last few weeks have been an absolute whirlwind, and it genuinely feels like our feet haven’t touched the floor!

Some of you may have been part of our very exciting, very last-minute plans, and I want to extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to each and every one of you who played a part in making an incredibly important event happen. Your support, flexibility and willingness to get stuck in meant more than you know.

I also want to say a very personal thank you to Debi, Darren and Gemma. Since the beginning of August, it has been a complete team effort behind the scenes, with everyone pulling together to make what seemed almost impossible, possible.

There has been a LOT going on, a lot happening behind the scenes, and so much that I can’t wait to share with you all very soon… 👀✨

Thank you for bearing with us during the silence, I promise, it has been for a very good reason!

As we enter the next chapter of our technology, with a clear focus on human health, we also recognise where it all began.

The equine world laid the foundations for everything we've built, and that will always be part of our story. Some of you may have noticed the gradual rebrand over the last few months. That's because Dominic and I have been working behind the scenes on what's next.

A huge thank you to Debi, who has kept the clinic running while we've focused on developing and clinically validating the technology.

TheraPlate will continue as an equine and animal vibration product. Our focus now is on taking Vortex Wave Stimulation, forward as a brand new technology built specifically for human health.

It's the next generation of the technology, built on independent research, scientific validation and clinical evidence.

Looking forward to the next chapter 🚀
