Whether you're coming for Clinical Aromatherapy, Aromaflexology, a facial or Reflexology, I want you to feel comfortable from the moment you arrive.

I love combining my knowledge of aromatherapy with my love of flowers, plants and natural ingredients to create treatments that are both personal and therapeutic.

And perhaps most importantly…

there's no need to rush.

It's lovely when a client tells you how they felt… 🌿

One of the things I love most about holistic therapies is that feeling of finally being able to switch off.

This lovely client came to experience an Aromaflexology treatment and described feeling welcomed and at ease from the very beginning.

She particularly enjoyed learning about the essential oils and how her personalised blend was created before settling into her reflexology treatment.

And her final verdict?

“...left me feeling fabulous.” 💜

🌿 Meet Kathryn, the woman behind Floral Elements

Hello, I'm Kathryn 👋

And after a little bit of a business revamp, I'm excited to introduce you to the new home of Floral Elements.

My journey into holistic therapy has been shaped by two things I've always loved — flowers and helping people.

Before becoming a Clinical Aromatherapist, I worked as a florist, and although my work has changed, my love of flowers certainly hasn't! 🌿🌸

I've also developed a real love for working with herbs and natural ingredients, and I love learning more about how plants can be incorporated into everyday wellbeing.

Today, my focus is on creating calming, therapeutic treatments that help you take some time for yourself.

The Clock is Ticking .....

I've been preparing the fresh Elderberries for my Elderberry Elixir, which you all loved so much last year.

I'll be making plenty but they will run out 😊. They will be the same price as last year. £5.00 for a 100ml bottle. Collection from Newark or Navenby or postage.

Postage will be at cost. The more bottles you buy the more cost effective the postage is. I can send 3/4 bottles for the same price as 1.

I’m now having a well deserved holiday. Two weeks exploring around Wales. The weather is gorgeous and Wales is beautiful.
