🌿 GATHERING THE THREADS 🌿

A new offering from Sacred Garden for Summer 2026.

Join me for a four-part women's journey inspired by the wisdom of medicinal plants, weaving together herbal medicine, yoga, sound healing, reflection and community.

Over four monthly gatherings we will journey with four plant allies:

🌹 Rose — Returning to the Heart

🌿 Nettle — Rooting into Strength

🌱 Galium (Cleavers) — Clearing the Path

🌳 Tilia (Linden) — Beneath the Linden Tree

Each gathering will include:

✨ Herbal tea ceremony and plant wisdom
✨ Gentle yoga and embodied practice
✨ Reflective wellbeing practices
✨ Gong and sound immersion
✨ Seasonal ritual
✨ Nourishing food and community

Together we will open the heart, nourish the roots, clear the path and gather beneath the tree.

Join me at the beautiful St Helena’s Church in South Scarle for an immersive gong bath designed to help you slow down, switch off from the demands of daily life, and reconnect with a sense of calm.

The soothing sounds and vibrations of the gongs can help ease stress, settle a busy mind, and support your nervous system to move into a more relaxed and restorative state.

In a world that encourages us to keep going, this is an opportunity to pause, breathe, and simply be.

These sessions are a chance to step away from the busyness of life and give your body and mind the opportunity to truly slow down. The soothing vibrations of the gongs can help calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support a more restorative state of rest.

There’s also something incredibly supportive about coming together in a group space — taking time collectively to pause, breathe, and reset.
