Was at home with my baby yesterday and the rain started coming down. I closed the riverside hatch and said to my daughter. The rain is lovely. Refreshing rain. Then this little tune came out and I asked Eva. Do you think my group at would like to sing this tomorrow.

She said; “only if you buy me a yoghurt from Tiny Town”

Been writing with for almost 20 years (or is it in fact 20years this year Rhys?) and it’s genuinely some of the very finest hours of my life!

We have seen ourselves through so many versions of ourselves and yet still “We can always come back to this place”.

Sunday was a joy I cannot describe nor understand. Yet everytime we meet, we mange to find it.

We will be doing our first performance in almost a decade on 23rd of August in Newbury. With songs we are yet to write. And already I cannot wait to share them with you all.

I LOVE living on the water. I keeps we calm, connected and considerate. I watch the joy my daughter gets from opening her window and feeding the ducks and swans. Going for a kayak after dinner straight from our back door. Or simply sitting to watch all the life on the water.

This beautiful song by .gaia is the perfect serenade song to that which I love so dearly!

I held our first singing group at on Thursday and it was every bit the dream I thought it would be.

The farm is a special place so full of purpose and community. There is a deep respect and connection to nature and honestly, you can feel it the minute you set foot on the land. A weight drops from your shoulders and you let go of all that doesn’t matter and reconnect to all that is worth your energy.

As the rain came down we sat in the comfort of the cabin. Which gifted us with a rich acoustics that made us feel like a chorus 50 strong!

Then as the showers turned to a drizzle the children ran out and roamed freely on the land.

Our next session is in July and I’m already excited!

So excited to invite the wonderful women on board my boat tonight to sing this song and reconnect with all the elements of life. Through song.

Another absolute banger from !!!!

If you don’t have your kids hooked on her yet you should! I use her songs all the time with my daughter to help her through big feelings!

And truth is… They help me through big feelings too! Needed this one today!

Be Kind.

The kindness you show yourself is so important. I believe it shapes the way we view others as well.

If we can have more kindness and empathy for ourselves then we can and will do it for others.

Equally if we are someone who is called to help others then we can better do this by giving kindness to ourselves. We cannot serve others well when we are burnout, depleted, isolated and so on.

This beautiful song by is the perfect reminder to show kindness to the child inside of us all. Remember the love that exists within you, the love we were born with before the world changed how we see ourselves and others.

I am hosting another family friendly singing group for the community. This one is now £9. (Children are free)

If you haven’t been to now is your chance! They are a stunning Organic Veg farm routed in community values. Supporting adult with learning disabilities.

The teas will be on another level as the leaves are home grown right there on the farm.

We have a little cabin for shelter, should it rain..

What more could you want for your Thursday morning.
