What a lovely few days off I’ve had. I rarely take anytime off unless I go away but decided for this halftime term and moving forward I’m going to take at least 2 days off per week. Work/life balance is something that I talk to my clients about all the time…and it’s about time I started practising what I preach! Each school holiday looks different for me now with 2 teenagers and then a 10 and 6 year old. I’m really grateful that my big 2 still like hanging out with us as a family so I’m making the most of it, because I know I’m on borrowed time! The driving range has become a firm favourite with the boys, while Els likes a shopping trip and Costa. The absolute highlight of our half term has been the pool we were kindly given. Early morning swims and late night swims and Theo stepping into the role of “the pool maintenance guy” 😂

Stress doesn’t just live in the mind — it often settles in the body too.

You may notice:
• Tight shoulders
• Digestive discomfort
• Poor sleep
• Headaches
• Feeling constantly exhausted

Our bodies hold onto stress in ways we don’t always realise.

That’s why creating moments of relaxation matters.

Listening to your body is often the first step toward feeling better.

Where do you carry stress most? 💭

When we're stressed, the body stays in "fight or flight" mode — meaning we're constantly switched on.
This can affect sleep, digestion, mood, hormones, and energy levels.
Reflexology may help encourage the nervous system to move into a more relaxed state, allowing the body to rest and reset.
When the body feels safe, it can begin to relax.
Sometimes the most powerful thing we can do is simply pause.
Do you find it easy to relax — or are you always in go-mode? 💜

Trying for a baby can feel lonely, emotional, and exhausting.

You may be doing everything “right” — tracking cycles, changing lifestyle habits, researching endlessly — yet still feeling like your body is letting you down.

Fertility reflexology offers more than relaxation.

It gives you space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and feel supported through every stage of your journey.

You deserve support that nurtures both your physical and emotional wellbeing 💫

Sometimes your body whispers before it starts shouting.

Signs you may need more rest and relaxation:

✨ Feeling constantly tired
✨ Poor sleep or waking through the night
✨ Headaches or jaw tension
✨ Feeling overwhelmed or emotional
✨ Tight shoulders or neck pain
✨ Digestive discomfort
✨ Struggling to switch off

Stress doesn’t just affect the mind — it shows up physically too.

Taking time to slow down isn’t a luxury; it’s part of supporting your wellbeing.

Which of these do you notice most often? 💜
