Last summer I was at a party chit-chatting away as you do, when the topic turned to our professions, and then just as quickly I was asked by a woman of a similar age about skincare, and so I voiced my humble opinion and mentioned face yoga/facial exercises. "Oh I tried those for 3 months, it didn't make any difference.." was the response. I took a quick gulp of whatever I was drinking, bit my tongue and suggested she continue, bc it may (or may not) immediately make her face look more youthful. Longterm, it will tone the muscles πͺ π help with puffiness and lymphatic drainage thereby oxygenating the cellular structure and remove toxins creating a fresh glow and it will slow down the aging appearance of the skin. So I think if your starting at 40 or 50 or 60+ isn't it OK to look as good as you do now when you're 80+??
Just take a quick 5 minutes everyday, anywhere (probably best in the privacy of your own home??)...bc I've seen first hand the benifits π₯°π ..lots more to learn when you schedule your facial.
