Your biggest investment in life will always be in yourself.

Invest in yourself, your health, your energy, your mindset, your nervous system, your beliefs etc…

You are and will always be your biggest asset! We may not always know what path we are walking but I guarantee when you start doing these things, that path will have no choice but you reveal itself. Why? Because you’ll be an energetic match for what you’re calling in. You don’t need to know 100% where you are going, you just need to be bold enough to take the first steps.

Honestly when I did this, this is when my life started to completely change!

NEW BEGINNER YOGA CLASSES AND SOUND BATHS ✨

Whether you’re brand new to yoga or you’ve done it before this is the perfect class for you! This new beginner class is the perfect chance for you to start fresh with everyone else at the same time and we can all grow and evolve in our yoga practice together 🫶🏻

It’s a nice relaxing hatha yoga class which is slower paced and more about focusing on postures and the breath. You do not need to be flexible at all! It’s all about just taking some time for yourself so you can fully switch off and relax.

I honestly believe running a business is one of the most spiritual things you can do 🤣

Your business will test you and challenge you more than you’ll ever realise. Running a business isn’t for the weak, especially if you feel like you’re just not supported no matter how hard you try… this is all part of it.

Running a business is so much more than the business itself, it’s about who you become in the process.

It’s so weird because recently I’ve become so detached. Not from my business as I’ll always have such a passion for that, but just from the outcomes. Things either work or they don’t. And no that’s not me giving up. It’s me acknowledging my worth, what I bring to the table and knowing I’m good at what I do. Knowing that it’s not always personal if people don’t support you. Knowing there’s always people out there who want your services, knowing not to take everything personally. Knowing there’s more to life outside of your business…

Maybe I sound crazy to people who don’t get it, but those who do? I thought I’d share a bit of reality in the hope you don’t feel like you’re alone 🫶🏻✨
