What an amazing evening it was last night! It was an honour to be able to celebrate and share in the success, inspiration and motivation of the amazing men in our group for our MAN OF THE YEAR 2026 final - I said this last night but as a bloke it can take a lot of balls to walk into Slimming World, and I couldn't be prouder to have all of our guys in there. There has been a stigma around men needing help for too long, and they are living proof that the stigma isn't true - everyone is welcome and everyone gets the support they need.

Any of the guys would have been worthy winners of our Man of the Year 2026, the competition was fierce, but pease, raise a glass to our two fantastic winners - Steve and Andy! Well done fellas!

We also had a member get to her Target weight last night - huge congratulations to Helen who achieved her dream weight and was presented with her certificate, sticker, badge and Slim for Life plan!

Not only that, but we had loads of award winners last night too!

This group is unreal - if you're not part of it yet... Why not? 😉

❗ TONIGHT'S GROUPS CANCELLED ❗

It's with a heavy heart that I'm going to have to cancel tonight's group due to a close family emergency and me needing to be with family at a difficult time.

I'm gutted, I never want to cancel a group because I know how important it is to you all, if it wasn't an emergency I wouldn't be taking this step.

I'm pleased to announce that, once again, Cross Heath Slimming World has been awarded the Slimming World group of the month award!

Meet Denise!

This is the amazing moment that the beautiful Denise stepped on the scales and had achieved her dream weight - a moment that I was proud to witness and couldn't help but give her a huge hug to celebrate!

After a lot of hard work and determination, Denise became the latest Target Member at Cross Heath Slimming World, and every single one of us is proud of her and her achievements and her new, lifelong success as the person she wants to be.

103lbs GONE in ONE WEEK at Cross Heath Slimming World 🤯🎉

Cross Heath absolutely smashed it on Wednesday with an incredible 103lb loss, and I honestly couldn’t be prouder 😍

This is what happens when real-life Food Optimising, consistency and support come together. The determination, support and hard work in group is second to none💪✨
