Have your say on NHS appointment letters

We’re asking local people to share their experiences of receiving NHS appointment letters between 1 October 2025 and 31 May 2026.

Some people have told us letters can arrive late — or not at all — and we want to understand how often this happens and how it affects access to care.

Join the People’s Panel today and you’ll receive the survey link within 24 hours.

🎁 Prize draw: two £50 Love2shop vouchers
📅 Survey closes: midnight, 13 September 2026.
🔍 Search: ICB Staffordshire People’s Panel
📱 Or visit: https://staffsstoke.icb.nhs.uk/get-involved/peoples-panel/

Your feedback helps us improve how appointment information is sent across hospitals, community services and diagnostics.

The People’s Panel is our specially-selected panel of local people who are at the heart of helping us to achieve our vision.

Join The National Conversation; helping shape the communities we care for

NHS England has asked each Integrated Care Board to share information about the National Conversation, which is a UK-wide listening initiative, inviting people right across the country to share what they value about community life and the kind of communities they want to build together.

Why does this matter to the NHS? Because community connection is one of the strongest determinants of health and wellbeing. The colleagues and patients we work with every day see — and feel — what's working and what isn't in their local communities. That perspective is exactly what the National Conversation needs to hear. The National Conversation findings will form part of an independent report and recommendations to be published at the end of 2026.
