With the Bank Holiday approaching, it’s a good idea to know where you can access NHS support if you need medical advice or treatment over the long weekend. 🏥

While many GP practices will be closed on Bank Holiday days, NHS services are still available:

✅ NHS 111 online – get advice and guidance for a range of health concerns.

✅ Call 111 – if you need urgent medical help but it’s not a life-threatening emergency.

✅ Your local pharmacy – speak to a pharmacist for advice and treatment for many common illnesses and minor health concerns.

✅ NHS online services – manage prescriptions and find useful health information online.

🚨 Call 999 or go to A&E – only for life-threatening emergencies.

💊 Taking regular medication? Remember to order your repeat prescriptions in good time before the Bank Holiday, so you don’t run out.
