Not fitness related but one of my mates died last week filming a project to raise awareness about the homeless. He died of hypothermia when living rough for a week when he was filming a documentary. You might have read about in the news in the last week or so. He was a great lad and I don't want his death to be for nothing so please like this page and share it as this is the page he started for the project to help the homeless.

Seen as its my birthday today I have decided to give you one last day to buy the Newcastle Personal Training Workout Bible. Buying it is a win-win situation for us both.
