This autumn, we're lighting up the streets once again as part of , bringing people together to call for safer streets for women.

Because when our streets are safe for women, they’re safer for everyone.

The Big Bike Revival is TOMORROW!

Thinking about cycling but not sure where to start? The Tyne Derwent Way is partnering with Bike Doctor Dave and the Big Bike Revival to help break down barriers to cycling and get more people moving.

Pop to the Heritage Centre between 10am - 1pm to find out more about getting yourself cycling, including details on Couch to 20k Cycling Programme taking place this autumn. You'll also be able to trial some e-bikes!

Women in Stanley, Beamish & surrounding areas...your help is required on C2C routes!

Walk Wheel Cycle Trust is looking for up to 8 women to help improve safety after dark between Stanley and Beamish.

You’ll walk the route, share your experiences, help shape practical improvements and return in spring to see what’s changed.

🎁 Participants will be eligible for a £150 Asda e-gift card for their time.
