For a few years now I’ve been realising that my body isn’t something to push through or fix all… it’s something to listen to.
There are days when I notice how I slip into tension, how easy we ignore what we're feeling just to keep going. But I’m learning to pause a little more. To meet myself with softness instead of pressure. To acknowledge what’s there without trying to change it straight away.
It’s a slow shift,that doesn't need to be rushed, it feels gentler. More honest.
And maybe you need that reminder too — that not everything in you needs to be solved.
Sometimes your body is just asking for presence. For care.
For a little more kindness than you’re used to giving yourself.
You’re allowed to slow down. You’re allowed to soften. You’re allowed to meet yourself where you are 🤍
