Before and 10 months after ✨

This beautiful result was achieved with a combination of upper blepharoplasty and CO₂ laser resurfacing.

The upper blepharoplasty removed the excess eyelid skin and restored a fresher, more open appearance, while the CO₂ laser improved the skin’s texture, fine lines and overall quality.

Ten months later, the result is fully healed, natural and beautifully refined—rejuvenated without looking overdone.

A real patient. A real journey. All filmed today — 7 September 2026.

In this video, you can follow her transformation step by step:

✨ Before treatment
✨ Immediately after upper blepharoplasty
✨ The final result after combining upper blepharoplasty with Endolift

The upper blepharoplasty removes the excess eyelid skin and opens the eyes, while Endolift tightens and defines the lower face—creating a fresher, more rejuvenated appearance while preserving her natural features.

It was a genuine pleasure to operate on such an intelligent, thoughtful and engaging lady. When a patient understands the treatment and communicates openly, the entire experience becomes even more enjoyable for both of us.

Thank you for trusting me with your face. I cannot wait to see the final result once everything has healed and settled.

ENDOLIFT — PART 3: HALF FACE DONE 🔥

Now comes one of the most interesting parts of this Endolift series.

After treating only the right side of the face, I asked my patient to stand up.

Why?

Because when we assess facial laxity, I want to see the face upright and under the natural effect of gravity, rather than only while the patient is lying on the treatment bed.

And now we have a very interesting comparison.

👉 RIGHT SIDE — TREATED with Endolift
👉 LEFT SIDE — NOT treated yet

Look carefully at the lower face and jawline.

On the treated right side, you can already see visible contraction and tightening of the skin, with a firmer and more defined appearance.

Now compare this with the untreated left side, where the tissue still appears looser and less defined under gravity.

Same patient.
Same moment.
One side treated, one side untreated.

And this is only the immediate appearance — the longer-term result develops as collagen remodelling continues over the following weeks and months.

Tomorrow: PART 4.

I’ll complete the other side and show you the full-face result, with both sides treated, together with our original before for comparison.

Follow to see the final transformation. 🔥

ENDOLIFT — PART 2: THE TREATMENT 🔥

Yesterday I showed you our patient before Endolift.

Today, I want to show you what actually happens during the treatment — and, most importantly, what we can see immediately afterwards.

In this video, I’m treating the right side of the face with Endolift.

The fine laser fibre works underneath the skin, delivering controlled laser energy into the targeted tissues. The aim is to stimulate tissue contraction and collagen remodelling, while improving the definition of the lower face and jawline.

Now look carefully at the comparison.

👉 The right side has been treated.
👉 The left side has NOT been treated yet.

Already, immediately after treatment, you can see that the skin on the right side appears tighter and more contracted, with improved definition through the lower face.

Now compare it with the untreated left side, where the skin still appears looser and heavier.

And remember — this is immediately after the procedure. Endolift results can continue to evolve as collagen remodelling takes place over the following months.

Tomorrow, I’ll show you an even clearer half-face comparison: treated vs untreated.

No filters. No different lighting. The same patient, at the same time.

ENDOLIFT — PART 1: BEFORE 🔥

This is our patient before Endolift.

Today, I’m going to treat only one side of the face first — and I want you to watch carefully what happens.

The main concerns we’re targeting are:
• Loss of definition along the jawline
• Skin laxity and early sagging
• Heaviness through the lower face
• Loss of that sharper, more youthful facial contour

Endolift works underneath the skin, using laser energy to target the deeper tissues, stimulate collagen remodelling and improve skin tightening and facial definition — without traditional surgery.

But rather than just telling you what it can do, I’m going to show you.

Tomorrow, I’ll take you inside the treatment and show you exactly how I perform Endolift.

Then comes my favourite part…

I’ll show you the patient with ONE SIDE TREATED and ONE SIDE UNTREATED, so you can compare the difference directly on the same face.

And finally, we’ll compare the complete result with where we started today.

This is Part 1 — BEFORE.

Follow the next 3 videos to see the transformation.

What is beauty?

For me, beauty is deeply connected with youth.

When we are young, nature gives us something extraordinary — fresh skin, natural volume, definition, firmness and balance. Every young face has its own natural beauty. We don’t create it. Nature does.

Then, as the years pass, we mature. We lose collagen, elasticity, facial volume and bone support. The face gradually changes — and this is completely natural.

This is where I believe aesthetic medicine should have a very specific purpose.

My goal is not to change someone’s face.
It is not to make everyone look the same.
And it is certainly not to make someone look “done.”

My goal is to preserve and restore the youthful characteristics of that individual face, while respecting the patient’s age, anatomy and identity.

A 50-year-old doesn’t need to look 20. But they can look like the freshest, healthiest and most youthful version of themselves at 50.

That, for me, is the highest level of aesthetic medicine:
not creating a new face, but protecting the beauty that nature originally gave us.

Because trends change. Faces are individual.
But youthfulness is timeless.

Beauty is not about looking different. It’s about looking like yourself — only fresher, younger and beautifully preserved.

GODS APPROVED… but is it real? 👀🏛️

Obviously, this picture is a joke. I wasn’t actually performing Morpheus8 on the Greek gods 😄 — it was created with AI.

But behind the joke is a very serious message.

Nowadays, AI can create incredibly realistic photographs in seconds. And if we can create something like this so easily, imagine how easy it is to create or manipulate a before-and-after result.

One of the worst things I have seen in aesthetic medicine is clinics advertising a “before & after” where the person in the AFTER photograph is not even the same person as the BEFORE photograph — yet it is presented as a treatment result.

There are also more subtle ways images can mislead: different lighting, angles, facial expressions, makeup, filters, retouching — and now, AI-generated or AI-altered results.

So please be careful about what you believe online.

When you are considering an aesthetic treatment or surgery, look for consistent, genuine results, ideally photographs and videos from multiple angles, and ask questions if something looks too perfect.

AI and tools such as ChatGPT can be amazing — I used AI to create this image for fun — but they also remind us how important transparency has become.

The Greek gods may be AI-generated. Your medical results shouldn’t be. 😉

✨ THE ART OF LOOKING YOUNGER — WITHOUT LOOKING “DONE” ✨

These before & after photos are a perfect example of how I approach full-face rejuvenation.

For this patient, we didn’t choose just one treatment. We created an individual rejuvenation plan, looking at her face as a whole and carefully choosing treatments that would work together to achieve a noticeable but natural transformation.

The result is clear — she looks younger, fresher, more rested and rejuvenated — but no one would be able to tell exactly what she has had done.

And for me, this represents one of the highest levels of aesthetic medicine.

The goal is not for someone to look “treated.”
The goal is for people to say:

“You look amazing… but I can’t tell what you’ve done.”

Her personalised treatment programme included:

✨ CO₂ Laser — skin resurfacing and rejuvenation
✨ Endolift® — tightening and improving facial contours
✨ Temple filler — restoring lost volume
✨ Upper eyelid filler — improving hollow upper eyelids
✨ Tear trough filler — refreshing the under-eye area
✨ Chin augmentation — improving facial balance and profile
✨ Botox® — softening expression lines while maintaining natural movement

It is not about one procedure. It is about understanding the face as a whole and creating the right combination for each individual patient.

Natural. Balanced. Noticeably rejuvenated — but never overdone.

That is my philosophy of aesthetic medicine:

Don’t change the person. Rejuvenate them.

✨ PICO LASER FOR ASIAN & DARKER SKIN TONES ✨

One of the reasons I particularly like Pico laser for Asian skin is that darker skin tones require a much more considered approach when treating pigmentation.

Asian skin can be more prone to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), meaning that aggressive laser treatments or excessive heat may sometimes make pigmentation worse rather than better.

⚡ Pico laser works differently. Its ultra-short pulses can target pigment with less heat diffusion into the surrounding skin compared with many traditional laser approaches.

It can be particularly useful for treating:

• Sun pigmentation & dark spots
• Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation
• Uneven or dull skin tone
• Post-acne pigmentation
• Selected cases of melasma
• Acne scars & skin texture
• Overall skin rejuvenation

For darker Asian skin, the correct wavelength, settings and treatment plan are extremely important. Treatment should always be tailored to the patient’s skin type and pigmentation rather than using the same settings for everyone.

My aim is gradual, controlled improvement — clearer, brighter and more even-looking skin while respecting the natural skin tone. ✨
