For years I thought the mask was keeping me safe.

The Sunday dread. Monday morning pulling it together. The deep exhaustion of appearing fine.

I wore that mask for years.

Strong. Together. Fine.

And my nervous system held the weight of it every single day.

The mask cannot hide from the nervous system.

It feels every moment you swallow the truth.

Every time you show up strong when you are running on empty.

This is a nervous system pattern.

And thankfully one that we can change

This Monday morning, try the TINY BREATH RITUAL ~ The Monday Mask Breath, before the emails, before the calls, before the week begins.

Sit with your feet flat on the floor.

Feel the ground beneath you. Let it hold you.

Breathe in through your nose for four counts.

Into your belly first, then your chest.

Hold gently at the top for two.

And release through your mouth for six.

Slow. Soft. All the way out.

Let the exhale carry what the mask has been holding.

Repeat three times.

Not like me to change the details 🫣🫣🫣

The starting time for each UNFURL Breathwork session will now be from 7pm finishing at 8.30pm. Feels like this will fit into people's evenings with more ease. Plus I couldn't resist it starting on 7/7 at 7pm. 7/7/7 ♾️

The early bird will also now close on Monday 15th June, and you can pay in 4 installments.

The trigger breath coming through...

The nervous system moves fast.
When something lands, a word, a look, a memory, it sends a signal before the thinking mind can catch up.

The body is already bracing.
The old story is already loading.
And most of the time, we miss the gap entirely.

But that gap; that glorious space in-between is real.

Between the trigger and the tale, there is a breath-sized pause where something powerful is available to us
Beyond the automatic act of suppression and performance.
