Today I had the absolute pleasure of leading a guided meditation session for the staff at Hay and Kilner Solicitors in the town centre, as part of their staff wellbeing programme! It was such a lovely experience, and it's wonderful that Hay and Kilner put so much care and effort into their employees' wellbeing.

Building Healthy Habits!
Do you need a bit of a reset? To assess what is important for you to live a healthy, fulfilling life? Do you have negative self-beliefs that stop you from doing what you would really like to do? Sometimes we lose sight of the important things because day-to-day life gets in the way. This is your chance to take the time to sit with your thoughts about this, see what comes up for you, and change those negative beliefs into positives.
The class is at 7.30pm, Thursday 29th January at the Fairways Centre. No experience is needed.
