Hey lovely people
I thought I would take this opportunity to re-introduce myself as I have some new followers on my page (a very warm welcome to you all by the way!)
My journey started a many years ago when I was looking for something on my own journey to help with anxiety and PTSD. This is when I found meditation and reiki, both of which have had a massive impact on my life. I genuinely believe without reiki in particular I would not be the person I am today and I am so proud to say I am now a Reiki Master Teacher!
Prior to me starting my business I worked for 17 years with young people who have Autism in education. I also worked as a Play and Inclusion Advisor across the city and a playworker for Newcastle City Council. I can honestly say that I learned something new every day from the amazing young people I worked with and for that I will be eternally grateful! It was only a month or so ago I was on the bus and I heard a voice say, ‘You were my playworker at Byker Playcentre when I was a kid’ that made me feel old! Haha…😮 but so proud to hear this young man speak so fondly of his memories!🙏🏻❤️Anyway, when working with children with Autism I soon began to recognise how holistic therapies could be so beneficial especially with regards to ‘positive touch’ so I started to learn massage, aromatherapy and reflexology. I decided to start offering treatments to some of the parents/carers from the school I worked in and also to friends and it all sort of snowballed from there!
I now offer reiki, readings, Indian head massage and workshops in my home based therapy room, along with holistic workshops and reiki courses. Oh and did I mention I also paint angels and I’m psychic and mediumistic! 😇🔮It feels so good saying that after not understanding it growing up and then thinking for a long time that I was going insane! 🤪🤪 It’s when you step into your own power that your vibe literally attracts your tribe! I found in doing this I met like minded people and it became easier to follow my souls purpose…..to become unapologetically me…….so now I literally share my gifts with the world! (I have some amazing friends and mentors….they know who they are….. you are amazing!!!!!) 🙌🏻💫
As my business has evolved and with my recent diagnosis of ADHD I have found my passion lies in working with women who want to re-connect with themselves on a mind, body and spiritual level. The power of a woman is truly a wonderful thing….💓💓 especially when we come together!
