To say it will be a challenge for the farmers to harvest our christmas veg is a bit of an understatement. These were some parsnips frozen solid at bishops farm this morning. Still with a bit of a gentle thaw arriving we are confident of having a full range of xmas fruit and veg instore next week. And the word in the trade is a bit of frost actually improves the taste of root vegetables.
Website is updated for the week ahead. Ordering a fruit and veg box online is an easy way to make sure you get all your xmas essentials.
