Brides, you’re probably starting your aesthetic timeline later than you think… 💍

The best results shouldn’t be rushed in the weeks before your wedding. Giving yourself plenty of time means we can focus on skin health, plan any treatments gradually and make adjustments along the way.

Ideally, your bridal timeline should look something like this:

12 months out: Consultation + create your treatment and skin plan
6–9 months out: Begin skin treatments and any longer-term aesthetic treatments
3–6 months out: Maintain and refine your results
4–6 weeks out: Final treatments, where appropriate
Wedding week: Keep things simple; hydrate, maintain your skincare and avoid trying anything new ✨

The goal? To look like yourself on your wedding day, just refreshed, confident and glowing. 🤍

AI could never replace my job… quite literally.

It can answer questions, analyse trends and even suggest treatments, but it can’t physically assess your face, feel the movement of your muscles or pick up a syringe and safely perform your treatment.

Aesthetics is hands-on medicine. It requires anatomy knowledge, clinical judgement, precision and a real understanding of the person sitting in front of you.

Why are before & after photos so important?

They’re not just for showing results. They allow me to properly analyse the face, looking at proportions, symmetry, movement and subtle changes that can sometimes be difficult to see day to day.

They also give us an accurate point of comparison, helping me assess your results and make considered decisions about any future treatments.

Every face is different, which is why taking the time to analyse yours properly is so important. 🤍
