Therapy at Hand Therapy at Hand offers a wide range of holistic therapies in a friendly & relaxing environment Therapy at Hand was established by Helen Gainford in March 2003.

A variety of holistic & complimentary therapies available from sports/remedial massage to reflexology & hopi ear candling. I offer Eve Taylor facials and waxing. Therapy at Hand is based within Polished in Swalwell, across the road from Torq garage with plenty of parking behind Maguires fish & chip shop.

Gateshead Trail 10k yesterday, fantastic morning for it, hot & hills but such a good event.
I went out wanting sub 45 to get a PB but it wasn’t meant to be. I was disappointed after but it is what it is, we move on.
It’s been a while since I’ve done a fast run, need to work on pacing a 10k, definitely want to do more of them.
To get over not getting a PB I decided to sign up for 1 more ultra to end the year which will be my 10th one!!
September 26th I’ll be doing the Cold Brew Events pilgrims ultra, 4 weeks to go 🙌
