BEFORE YOUR TATTOO & PIERCING APPOINTMENT
There are a few things you need to know in order to prepare you for your tattoo or piercing appointment, speed up the process and limit the level of pain you on the day. DO:
† Get a good night sleep the night before your tattoo or piercing.
† Have a big breakfast/lunch one hour prior to your appointment.
† Drink plenty of water and bring in some nurofe
n and sugar (e.g lollies or chocolate) on the day.
† Bring comfortable clothes NOT NEW ONES THEY WILL GET RUINED AND WE SUGGEST TO AVOID WERING WHITE (especially something which is accessible to the area you are getting tattooed or pierced)
† Bring your essentials: headphones, phone charge and anything which will make you feel more at comfortable (if you have a favourite blanket or pillow, bring it!)
† Make sure you have the correct money in on the day.
† Take our advice when it comes to the design and placement of your tattoo or piercings. We are so happy that you have decided on your custom design or piercing however we can point you in the right direction to make your tattoo or piercing look the best he can, even if your cousin is a graphic designer.
† Please let us know if you are unable to make your appointment or if you want to rearrange we understand life gets in the way and something you just make it. DO NOT:
† DO NOT take drugs or alcohol within 24 hours of your tattoo (ESPECIALLY on the day, No Oxycotin, Xanax, Tramadol etc. It will not help.)
† DO NOT come to your tattoo appointment if you are getting sick or if you already are sick. Not only for your sake, but our sake in the studio, we cannot afford to get sick, BUT we can always reschedule. If you are, unwell or feeling a bit stressed or off please let us know your experience with us is supposed to be a good one not you cuddling our toilet for the day
† DO NOT come in if you are sunburnt or have cuts and scrapes in the areas for your new body modification. We totally understand that sometimes sh*t just happens.
† DO NOT bring a large group to get tattooed. It will only distract us and the other’s. We recommend bringing one friend if you need some moral support.
† DO NOT come in without eating before your tattoo or piercing.
† DO NOT book a certain day if you know you will have to be somewhere important soon after your booking. Tattoos take time and precision, we choose quality not quantity for your tattoo’s.
† DO NOT try and negotiate price or ask for a discount. we understand that tattoos are expensive, however they are a treat item. If you have a problem with the price, either go somewhere cheaper or book in when you have enough money saved.
† DO NOT hide what medication you take as this could affect your procedure
If you are on medication or have health condition, please check with your GP that you are safe to go ahead with your tattoo or piercing.
† DO NOT show up to your appointment drunk or hungover you will be sent home and made to rearrange your appointment. (no deposit will be transferred or refundable)
† DO NOT hide from us that your are pregnant, you’re only putting yourself and your baby at risk!
