Nose filler was performed using dermal filler to enhance the shape and profile of the nose. Treatment focused on improving symmetry and creating a smoother, more balanced appearance. The filler was placed strategically along the bridge and/or tip as required to achieve the desired result while maintaining natural proportions.
Aspirations were performed prior to injection where appropriate. Mild swelling, redness, tenderness, and bruising may be present initially and are expected to settle over the following days. Aftercare advice was provided and the client was happy with the immediate result.
During treatment, a positive aspiration was obtained, indicating possible placement within a blood vessel. The needle was immediately withdrawn and repositioned before proceeding. No filler was injected at the site of positive aspiration, and treatment continued safely following repositioning 👄
