Don’t forget the high factor sun cream today....& keep reapplying at regular intervals...& if you do miss a bit, put on some aloe gelly. Its soothing, cooling & moisturising. The nearest thing to squeezing the gel direct from the plant. Since the temperature rocketed, my tube is in the fridge, to cool my skin even more!
