A little favour, Sisters 💗
We currently have 3 spaces left for this Friday’s Women’s Wellness Half Day at Barn on the Bay, while next Wednesday’s date is full.

If anyone who is already booked onto Wednesday 9th September has a little flexibility and would be happy to swap their place to this Friday 4th September, I’d be so grateful. It would really help me balance the two days and open up a Wednesday space for someone else.

Everything will be the same gorgeous wellness experience — the only difference is Highland Cow painting on Friday rather than the puffin. 🐮✨

🍂 HIGH FORCE & LOW FORCE — AUTUMN WANDER 🍂
Come and spend a gorgeous autumn morning with the Sisters exploring High Force & Low Force in beautiful Teesdale. 🥾🍁💦
📅 Friday 25th September
⏰ 9am start
📍 Meet/park at High Force Hotel – DL12 0XH
🚻 Toilets available at the start
🥾 Moderate circular walk — approx. 3 hours

Expect beautiful waterfalls, riverside paths, autumn scenery and some uneven and potentially slippery terrain, so sturdy footwear is essential.
Bring waterproofs, water & snacks and plenty of layers. No dogs on this one please & sorry 😔
💦 Optional dip at the lower falls — conditions permitting and entirely at your own risk, so bring your swimmers/towel if you fancy a chilly one!
🍴 Afterwards we’ll head to High Force Hotel for lunch — I’ll need numbers in advance so I can book us a table.
