We’re now welcoming bookings with our newest CranioSacral Therapy Practitioner 🤍

Illeana works with adults using gentle, hands-on techniques to support:

• Stress & tension relief
• Nervous system regulation
• Deep relaxation
• Overall wellbeing

Her approach also considers how physical and emotional patterns are connected, helping the body settle and rebalance on a deeper level 💫
