A SoulWaves session begins with a gentle meditation before moving into an immersive soundscape of layered tones and live instruments, including gongs and singing bowls.

We're delighted to welcome Marta from Iskra Holistic Therapy to Urban Angel Centres. 💜

Marta will be offering Reiki and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT) from her new therapy room, which is currently being prepared and will be ready very soon.
