WHAT’S IN MY BAG? ✨
(Sound Bath Edition)

One of the questions we get asked most before a session is “What should I bring?”

The truth is, absolutely nothing is essential. You can simply bring yourself and still enjoy the experience fully. But if you’d like to feel extra cosy, grounded, and relaxed during your sound bath, these are some of the things we recommend bringing along:

✨ Yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
✨ Blanket for warmth and comfort
✨ Cushion or pillow for extra support
✨ Water bottle to stay hydrated afterwards
✨ Lip balm, fluffy socks, or any little comfort items
✨ Crystals, journals, or personal grounding tools if that’s your thing

We also understand that lying on the floor isn’t comfortable or accessible for everyone. Accessible seating is always welcome at our events, and we recommend bringing a fold-up garden chair or lounger if you’d feel more comfortable relaxing that way.

Our sessions are all about making space for rest, stillness, and nervous system reset - in a way that feels safe and comfortable for YOU.

This guided meditation and immersive sound bath is designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect with yourself through soothing frequencies, crystal bowls, gong vibrations, chimes, and grounding energy in a calming candlelit space.

Whether you’ve been feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, disconnected, or simply in need of a moment for you, this is your invitation to fully exhale. 🤍

These evenings are always incredibly special, and spaces are intentionally limited to keep the experience intimate and deeply relaxing. Early booking is strongly recommended as places are expected to fill quickly.
