🍽️ £45 – 10 meals
🍽️ £22.50 – 5 meals
🥗 £3 – Large side salad
🍪 £1.50 – Protein cookie
🍫 £3- Protein balls (Three per pot!)

Pssss…. you can also pick and choose which meals you want, it doesn’t have to be 1 or 2 of each 🙌🏼

🏃‍♀️ SUB 2 HOUR HALF 🏃‍♀️

For as long as I can remember, my running goal was always to one day get a 2 hour half marathon. This morning, I got that, with 10 full minutes to spare!!

Not only that, I also got my 10k PB 🥳

My first half was just over a year ago and to go from a 7:01 pace to 5:13 pace, just shows that showing up and consistently really is key.
