What a year it's been at Bay View House! This month, our luxury Whitley Bay care home celebrated its first birthday, marking 12 wonderful months of creating a vibrant community for residents, families and staff.

The celebrations were made even more special by Valerie Brisbane, our very first resident, who had the honour of blowing out the candle on the birthday cake. Residents also enjoyed live entertainment from John Fletcher, bringing plenty of classic favourites and smiles all round. 🎶

Since opening, following a £12 million transformation, Bay View House has become a truly exceptional place to call home, offering luxurious surroundings, outstanding care and breathtaking coastal views.

A huge thank you to our residents, families and dedicated team for making Bay View House such a special community. Here's to many more happy memories and milestones together!

Residents at Covent House did the distance of the Great North Run in a week by getting out and about in the fresh air and doing lots of walks around Dobbies Garden Centre! It ended with a medal presentation today for all the participants. Well done to everyone involved. What a huge achievement! 🏃‍♀️👏

Throwing it back to the 1980's at Bede House! Staff, residents and their families enjoyed a 1980's themed night in the home, starting with a time machine at the entrance, followed by nostalgic activities, music, and refreshments! 🎶🎹

Melton House had a visit from their lovely four-legged friendship dog Gaia, who gave plenty of cuddles and companionship to residents 🐾❤️
