At heart Ben was a very kind person who always looked out for those who were struggling which is the inspiration behind BEN🐝30

My second time in Auroville and it didn’t disappoint. I was there to deepen my spiritual connection by going to the matrimendir as often as possible. It’s the beautiful gold building. I went to sit in concentration 5 times and each time I felt lighter and lighter. I was given a beautiful way to celebrate and share the spirit of kindness for what would be the year Ben turned 30. I didn’t expect to meet people who touched my soul and that I know I’ll see again nor to do a bit of ‘wintering’. I’ve always wondered what a monsoon was like and I experienced a 3 day out of season mini monsoon. Next (unexpected) stop Sri Lanka! X

I’ve been thinking of you all at home during the constant storms 🥰 so much love ❤️ I’m not updating social much because I’m not on holiday- this is a pilgrimage to go deep and inwards. I’ve just spent the last two weeks in Auroville- a city whose entire aim is to prepare humans for their next stage of evolution. We need it! I was here 2 years ago and the effect was profound and I’m finding the same this time. Here’s a selection of photos- life is more simple and much more colourful here. I miss home (of course) but these pilgrimages are essential for me. In India they speak the language of vibrations and the higher our vibration the healthier and more authentic we are. This is an important part of my work- removing any blocks to your frequency and helping you shine. I’m filling my cup first ❤️‍🔥

I’ve wanted a Claire Lucas painting of Nanjizel for years and years. This year I decided to buy one. I thought I’d give it to ‘John’ for Christmas…. then I thought- be honest it’s for myself! Claire brought it round to the house on the winter solstice and it’s now on the wall by the front door. It’s called ‘Come On In!’ It gives me goosebumps!

Claire runs workshops for women’s empowerment during the different stages of life. Previously known as maiden, mother then crone. Now that women are living longer and not necessarily following social expectations another stage is being suggested. The sovereign age. This is when a women is not in service to anyone other than her self. I think that’s where I am. So to honour my sovereign age I gifted myself this beautiful painting.

John and I walked to Nanjizel today with our lovely friends Madeleine Williams and Alistair. Mads and I couldn’t resist a dip.

Nanjizel is a very spiritual place and we realised today that it’s right next to where the St Michael leyline enters the country. There’s certainly a magical feeling there xx

Some of you know that I’ve started training in the beautiful practice of Yoga Nidra 💤 🥰

It’s a guided mediation to access the space between awake and asleep. Where you slip in and out of awareness and everything goes a bit echoey.

In this liminal space the body and mind rest deeply. 20 mins of Yoga Nidra is thought to provide as much rest to the brain as 2 hours of sleep!

And the best bit…. All you have to do is lie or sit down and get cosy!

Final nudge for the opportunity for an Ayurvedic cleanse (Panchakarma) to start 2026 4th-14th January.

✨The total cost is £1250✨

☘️This includes everything for your Panchakarma at Yogiville.
✨single accomodation in a delux double en-suite AC room/ ✨Individual consultation with Dr Radika to determine your Dosa (constitution) and plan your bespoke program.
✨ All treatments (approx 4-6 hours per day).
✨Ayurvedic organic food. Most grown on site.
✨Yoga(optional) and nidra yoga.
✨Dr Radika and I will be there to support you throughout.
✨Opportunity to learn Ayuvedic cooking.

❌ It doesn’t include your airfare to a nearby airport eg Chennai/Bangalore. Which is for you to arrange. A taxi (not included in the price) will collect you from the airport for 2 hour drive to Yogiville to be booked directly with Yogiville cost approx £25pp.

‼️You will also be responsible for arranging your own insurances eg at least travel and health insurance, carbon offsetting.

🍃 I will be there from at least 4-14 January 2026 and you can travel with me.

❣️For the whole duration of the panchakarma you will be based entirely in the extensive grounds of Yogiville so that you can focus completely on your wellbeing.

Yogiville includes a village school (which you can choose to visit). Other than that you will be in a little bubble of calm and healing and some ceremonies (puja). ❣️So there is NO opportunity to shop or visit the tourist sites for the ten days. Dr Radhika insists on this.

💚It is highly recommended that you stay an extra 3-7 days afterwards to explore the local area and integrate your experience. I have negotiated a special cost for this of approx £15 night in a single occupancy double delux AC en-suite room to be paid directly to Yogiville.
