My food has been a bit rubbish lately 👉🏼

Grab and gos,
Unplanned, rushed dinners just to eat something,
Takeaways on the gym floor,
More snacks, crisps, chocolate than usual

It’s all just been a bit busy.

Less time, less energy, less input into my food decisions.

Why am I telling you this?

For nothing other than honest and clarity.

Even the ‘fit pros’ can’t do it 100% of the time.

10 bloomin’ years!! 🎉

At the job I joined a little bit on a whim to be honest 😅

Not long out of an office job for a boss I REALLY disliked,

I found myself at the gym doing my usual workout, looking at the PT’s there thinking, “that looks fun”

Fast forward a couple of months and I’m in the uniform learning how to teach squats to music 🎶

10 whole years.

And now I’m three weeks into running my own gym!
