I completely understand that sometimes things happen unexpectedly and last-minute cancellations can be unavoidable. However, when appointments are missed or cancelled with very little notice, it can be difficult to fill that time and it impacts my small business.

If something does come up, I would really appreciate as much notice as possible so I can try to offer the appointment to someone else.
