⚠️ A Message to All Car Park Users

We are concerned by the increasing number of reports of vehicles being damaged in our car park where no details have been left by the responsible driver.

Whilst we understand that accidents can happen, it is extremely disappointing when a vehicle is struck and the responsible person leaves without making any attempt to provide their details. This leaves the vehicle owner facing unnecessary stress, inconvenience, repair costs and potential insurance issues through no fault of their own.

If you are involved in or witness an incident, please pass on your information by leaving your details with Reception or telephone the surgery as soon as possible. A simple act of honesty can make a significant difference to the person affected.

To help reduce pressure on our busy car park and ensure spaces are available for those who need them most, we also encourage anyone who is able to do so to consider walking to the surgery.

We ask all patients, visitors and staff to show consideration and respect for others. Accidents can happen, but failing to report them is unfair and avoidable.

🚗 A Kind Reminder About Parking 🚗

We understand that finding a parking space at the surgery can sometimes be difficult. However, we kindly ask all patients and visitors to be considerate of our neighbours when parking.

Please do not park in a way that obstructs residents' driveways, access to their homes, or the flow of traffic on surrounding roads.

If you are able to do so, we would encourage you to walk to the surgery where possible. This helps reduce pressure on parking spaces and supports our local community.

📢 Flu Vaccination Update

Due to a manufacturing issue affecting the supply of flu vaccines, our flu vaccination clinics will be delivered slightly later than usual this year.

We kindly ask you to support your practice by booking your flu vaccination appointment at the surgery when invited. Invitations will be sent out in due course, once vaccine supplies are available.

We apologise for any delay and thank you for your patience and understanding.💙

The local Hearing Loss Support Hub is located at:
Independent Living Centre, Hazledine House, Overdale, Central Square, Telford, TF3 4JL

Audiology trained volunteers can help with:

✅ Hearing aid tube changing
✅ Battery collection
✅ Advice on hearing aid care

📅 When: Second Wednesday of every month
