My business isn’t built on hustle culture.
And it never will be.
Living with PMDD means I’ve had to learn how to become much more intentional about how I run my business and manage my energy.
I space my clients out strategically. I protect my diary. I honour my boundaries.
Not because I’m lazy.
Not because I’m not ambitious.
But because I’ve experienced burnout before and I have absolutely no desire to go back there 🙅🏻♀️
People ask me a lot, “Are you busy?”
I used to tense up when I got asked that because I felt like people wouldn’t understand that being ‘booked and busy’ isn’t how I measure success.
My diary fills up 🗓️✅
But I choose not to fill every available hour.
I choose to leave breathing space. 🫁🧠
Space to rest. Space to reset. Space to be present with each client. Space to look after my own wellbeing too. 🪷
Because if I’m encouraging women to prioritise their nervous system, rest and boundaries, then I need to be willing to do the same.
So if my business grows a little differently because I’m protecting my wellbeing?
I’m okay with that. I’m also a firm believer that the right clients find me when they need me 🙏
I don’t believe in forcing things or constantly chasing more.
What’s meant for me won’t pass me by, and the women who will benefit from my work will find their way to my treatment table when the time is right.🤍✨
